Tour Guide at Friendly Ice Cream Corporation
Friendly Ice Cream Corporation is looking for up to 2 people to be tour guides of our Manufacturing Facility in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be able to lead groups of grade school students through the plant. The guide will describe the manufacturing process and discuss interesting facts about the products and Friendly’s history. We are looking for upbeat, articulate people who are outgoing and enjoy interacting with the public, especially children. The people in this position will also do preparation work and other enumerated duties with our Public Affairs Department.
This position is part-time, approximately 5 hours per week, every other week per month. The salary will be approximately $8 to 9 per hour. Some employee benefits are available such as use of the company store and the fitness center.
