Dedicates George E. Trelease Memorial Baseball Park

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Western New England College dedicated its new George E. Trelease Memorial Baseball Park on September 19. Taking part in the ceremony were former baseball coach Pat Ricci along with (standing from left) College president Anthony S. Caprio, baseball coach Matt LaBranche, athletics director Mike Theulen, and College Board of Trustee member Brian Trelease '67, '71 MBA (son of the late George Trelease). Several members of the Trelease family attended the event. The playing surface will be known as Pat Ricci Field in honor of Pat who is the winningest baseball coach in school history with 188 victories.
