Women's Lacrosse Coach
Aimee Klepacki

Now in her sixth season, Aimee Klepacki ranks among the top women's lacrosse coaches in the region. She has a 60-26 record for an impressive 69.8 winning percentage.

In 2004 Klepacki led the Golden Bears to a 14-4 record and the New England Women's Lacrosse Alliance (NEWLA) Tournament title. WNEC also competed in the NCAA Division III Championship for the second time in three years.

Klepacki led her squad to an 11-7 record in 2003 and a second place showing in the NEWLA Tournament. The Golden Bears advanced to the semifinals of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) New England Division III Championship.

In 2002, Klepacki led Western New England College to a 16-2 record, which was a school record for wins. Her team placed first in the NEWLA with a perfect 6-0 mark and captured its first NEWLA Tournament title with a 15-6 victory over Bridgewater State College.

WNEC then made its first appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament bowing to host Springfield College 15-7 in a first round contest.

Klepacki guided the Golden Bears to an 8-7 record in 2001, which included a 4-2 mark for fourth place in the NEWLA Southern Division. WNEC also finished second in the NEWLA Championship.

Klepacki was named the NEWLA Coach-of-the-Year in 2001 and 2002.

Klepacki enjoyed a successful rookie season In 2000 as the Golden Bears posted an 11-6 record while qualifying for the program's first Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Tournament.

A 1996 graduate of Springfield College where she earned her bachelor of science degree in elementary education, Klepacki was a member of the women's lacrosse and swimming teams for four years.

Klepacki earned a master of science degree in education from City College of New York, and has a teacher certification in physical education from Springfield College.

Her husband John Klepacki is the men's lacrosse coach at Western New England College. They are the parents of Payton who was born on August 27, 2003 and Jake Klepacki who was born on October 22, 2004.
