Summer Session Registration Procedures:

No Summer Session registrations will be processed prior to March 3. Course Load: Students are limited to a maximum of two courses per summer session, or two courses in different sessions that overlap by more than two weeks, or three class meetings.

Student On-Line Registration for Summer: ======================================== Current traditional seniors and juniors must meet with, & obtain the approval of their advisors, before they can register themselves on-line @ ASAP for Summer courses - starting @ 12:01 a.m. March 3. Current non-traditional students can register themselves on-line @ ASAP for Summer courses - starting @ 12:01 a.m. March 3.

In-Person Registration for Summer: ================================== *Current traditional sophomores and freshmen must meet with, and obtain the approval of their advisor, before having their summer registration processed in SAS Office, starting March 3. *Current traditional seniors and juniors, after meeting with, and obtaining the approval of their advisor, also have the option of having their summer registration processed in SAS Office, starting March 3. *Current non-traditional students also have the option, after meeting with, and obtaining the approval of their advisor, of having their summer registration processed in SAS Office, starting March 3. **New students (includes "visiting" students from other colleges): If interested in taking a summer course(s) as a non-degree student, please contact the Office of Admissions for an application - 413-782-1517, or study@wnec.edu. As noted in selected course descriptions some courses will be taught entirely on-line. Students may be expected or required to use the Internet and the College's Internet-based "Manhattan" program. Registered students may access the Internet, and "Manhattan", from computers located on the main campus in Springfield or from their own personal computers. Information about "Manhattan" is available at: http://manhattan.wnec.edu

"Taught on-line w/Manhattan" means that a student does not have to physically attend classes on campus. The course instruction is delivered entirely via the Internet.
