Prior to meeting with your academic advisor, carefully make Spring course selections, prioritizing them along with suitable alternatives on the Registration Worksheet. Be sure that the total number of credits meets any financial aid requirements for full-time study (if applicable). Online Course Load - per catalogue "Full-time undergraduate students at Western New England College, in order to experience a wide range of pedagogy, are allowed to register for no more than one online course per semester of the regular academic year. Online courses can only be taken after the freshman year. There is no restriction to the number of online courses/credits a full-time student can apply toward a degree provided the courses are equivalent to Western New England College courses." 6. Meet with your academic advisor on your scheduled appointment to go over your proposed Spring course selections. Your academic advisor may be able to complete your registration on-line in his/her office. If not, have your advisor sign your Scheduling Worksheet and go to the Student Administrative Services (SAS) Office on or after your assigned day to complete your Spring registration. * * * PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING * * * NO ONE is allowed to register before their assigned registration day. The on-line registration program prevents students from registering early. Do not schedule an advisement appointment with your academic advisor during a day or time when you have a class. You may be able to meet with your advisor and register on the first day specified for your registration number if appointments are available. If your advisor does not have any available advising hours for that day, you may make an appointment for an earlier day, if one is available. In that case, your registration will be processed in the Student Administrative Services (SAS) Office on the first registration day assigned to you or any day thereafter. *Full-time Juniors and Seniors: Check ASAP for on-line registration information. ASAP permits you to input your course registration on-line after seeing your advisor and getting their approval. *Full-time Sophomores and Freshmen will continue to register in-person, with their advisors (or in SAS). **All Part-time Students: Check ASAP for on-line registration information. ASAP permits you to input your course registration on-line but you may also register in-person with an advisor from your school, or in SAS. ========================================================================== Priority Registration Schedule for Full Time and Part Time Students Date Registration Class Numbers Monday, November 5 1-314 Seniors Tuesday, November 6 315-629 Seniors Wednesday, November 7 629-918 Juniors Thursday, November 8 919-1207 Juniors Friday, November 9 1208-1433 Sophomores Monday, November 12 1434-1659 Sophomores Tuesday, November 13 1660-1885 Sophomores Wednesday, November 14 1886-2053 Freshmen Thursday, November 15 2054-2221 Freshmen Friday, November 16 2222-2389 Freshmen Monday, November 19 2390-2557 Freshmen Tuesday, November 20 2558-2725 Freshmen PROCEDURE FOR ASSIGNING A REGISTRATION NUMBER: The lowest registration number (earliest registration date in each class - Senior, Junior, Sophomore, Freshmen) has been assigned according to academic standing. * * * PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING * * * Spring semester registration for all students will continue through Jan 29, 2008.
